An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Customers should carefully review orders before submitting payment.
Once an accepted order enters processing, cancellation requests may be denied.
If A.R. Luxury Boutique cancels an order before fulfillment or is unable to ship an order as required by applicable law, amounts required to be returned will be returned to the appropriate payment method.
Such legally required or seller-initiated returns of payment are not considered customer refunds under our No Refund Policy.
SECTION 4: PRICES, BILLING AND PAYMENT
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and other offers are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for merchandise will generally be the price displayed when the customer submits the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing, technical, or listing errors.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, insurance costs, or other applicable charges.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment and billing information.
By submitting a payment method, the customer represents that they are authorized to use that payment method and authorizes A.R. Luxury Boutique and its authorized payment processors to process the transaction.
A.R. Luxury Boutique reserves the right to request additional verification before processing high-value or unusual transactions.
Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required by law.
SECTION 5: NO REFUNDS POLICY
ALL COMPLETED MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL FOR PURPOSES OF CASH REFUNDS.
A.R. LUXURY BOUTIQUE DOES NOT ISSUE CUSTOMER-REQUESTED MONETARY REFUNDS ON COMPLETED MERCHANDISE SALES.
Customers should carefully review merchandise photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition statements, authentication information, pricing, and all other available information before completing a purchase.
Except where required by applicable law or where A.R. Luxury Boutique cancels or cannot lawfully fulfill an order:
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
NO DEBIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
NO ELECTRONIC PAYMENT REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Approved merchandise returns are governed exclusively by the Return, Inspection, Exchange, and Store Credit provisions below.
Nothing in this policy eliminates or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 6: RETURN REQUESTS
A.R. Luxury Boutique may consider merchandise for return subject to the requirements of this policy.
A customer wishing to return merchandise must first contact A.R. Luxury Boutique and receive authorization before sending merchandise back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery of the merchandise.
Merely submitting a return request does not mean that the return has been approved.
Once a return request is authorized, the merchandise must be sent according to the return instructions provided by A.R. Luxury Boutique.
Unless otherwise required by law or the return results from a verified fulfillment error by A.R. Luxury Boutique, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
High-value merchandise must be returned using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.
A.R. Luxury Boutique is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during unauthorized or improperly packaged return shipping to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 7: RETURN INSPECTION
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
Receipt of a returned package does not constitute acceptance of the return.
The merchandise must first be inspected by A.R. Luxury Boutique.
Returned merchandise must be the exact merchandise originally purchased and must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Where applicable, the return must include:
• Original packaging
• Dust bags
• Straps
• Locks
• Keys
• Charms
• Pouches
• Boxes
• Authentication materials
• Included accessories
• Original security tags
• Boutique identification tags
• Documentation provided with the purchase
• Any other components originally included
If an A.R. Luxury Boutique security tag or return-control device was attached to the merchandise when shipped, it must remain attached and intact.
Merchandise may be denied for return if it shows evidence of:
• Additional wear
• Use after delivery
• Scratches or damage not present when shipped
• Alteration
• Repair
• Cleaning or treatment
• Stains
• Odors
• Smoke exposure
• Perfume or cosmetic residue
• Hardware changes
• Missing components
• Removed or altered tags
• Tampering
• Substitution
• Changes to serial numbers, date codes, microchips, RFID features, or identifying marks
• Any other material change occurring after delivery
A.R. Luxury Boutique reserves the right to compare returned merchandise with photographs, videos, measurements, records, serial information, authentication records, and other documentation maintained before shipment.
SECTION 8: EXCHANGES ONLY
If returned merchandise successfully passes inspection and the return is accepted, the customer's primary remedy will be an:
EXCHANGE ONLY.
NO MONETARY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
The customer may select available replacement merchandise of equal value.
If the replacement merchandise costs more than the original merchandise, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
If the customer selects merchandise of lesser value, no cash refund will be issued for the difference.
Any treatment of a remaining balance will be determined by A.R. Luxury Boutique in accordance with the Store Credit Policy.
All exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
SECTION 9: STORE CREDIT
If an appropriate exchange is unavailable or an exchange does not reasonably resolve the matter, the owner of A.R. Luxury Boutique may, at her sole discretion, consider issuing store credit.
Store credit is not automatically guaranteed simply because a return has been accepted.
Any approved store credit:
• May be used only toward eligible merchandise sold by A.R. Luxury Boutique
• Has no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be refunded to the customer's original payment method
• Is not a monetary refund
• May not be sold or transferred without authorization from A.R. Luxury Boutique
• Must be used within the applicable expiration period
STORE CREDIT EXPIRES 30 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
For purposes of this policy, business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable federal holidays.
Any remaining store credit that is not used before expiration will expire and may no longer be available, except where prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 10: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping and estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
A.R. Luxury Boutique will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
A.R. Luxury Boutique is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by a customer, carrier delays, severe weather, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If A.R. Luxury Boutique cannot ship merchandise within a legally required or promised timeframe, customers will be provided any options required by applicable law.
A.R. Luxury Boutique may use:
• Tracking
• Shipping insurance
• Signature confirmation
• Adult signature confirmation where appropriate
• Address verification
• Identity verification
• Fraud screening
• Other reasonable delivery-security measures
Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive merchandise when signature confirmation is required.
SECTION 11: ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A.R. LUXURY BOUTIQUE DOES NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
At this time, A.R. Luxury Boutique ships only to eligible addresses located within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.
We do not ship directly to international destinations.
We reserve the right to decline orders using:
• International shipping addresses
• International freight forwarding services
• Package forwarding companies
• Reshipping companies
• Export forwarding addresses
• Other addresses reasonably believed to be intended to forward merchandise internationally
A.R. Luxury Boutique reserves the right to cancel an order when the shipping destination violates this policy.
SECTION 12: HIGH-VALUE MERCHANDISE
Because A.R. Luxury Boutique may sell high-value luxury merchandise, additional security and transaction-verification procedures may apply.
A.R. Luxury Boutique may photograph or video merchandise before packaging and shipment.

These records may be retained for inventory control, authentication, quality assurance, loss prevention, customer service, fraud prevention, return verification, and dispute resolution.
SECTION 13: AUTHENTICITY AND ANTI-COUNTERFEIT POLICY
A.R. Luxury Boutique takes authenticity seriously.
A.R. LUXURY BOUTIQUE DOES NOT KNOWINGLY PURCHASE, ADVERTISE, OFFER, DISTRIBUTE, OR SELL COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE.
Merchandise represented as authentic is represented based upon the sourcing information, physical inspection, documentation, authentication information, identifying characteristics, and other information reasonably available to A.R. Luxury Boutique.
Where independent third-party authentication has been obtained, authentication information may be identified in the product listing or provided with the merchandise where applicable.
The absence of original manufacturer packaging, receipts, authenticity cards, dust bags, or other accessories does not by itself establish that pre-owned or vintage merchandise is counterfeit.
Customers should review the specific product listing to determine what documentation and accessories are included.
If a customer raises a legitimate authenticity concern, the customer must preserve the merchandise in the condition received and contact A.R. Luxury Boutique promptly with supporting information.
A.R. Luxury Boutique reserves the right to review authenticity concerns, obtain additional authentication opinions, and investigate the matter before determining the appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits remedies required by applicable law if merchandise is determined to have been materially misrepresented.
SECTION 14: COUNTERFEIT SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN FRAUD
A.R. Luxury Boutique maintains a strict policy against counterfeit substitution, merchandise switching, fraudulent returns, and return abuse.
The merchandise submitted for return must be the exact merchandise originally sold and shipped by A.R. Luxury Boutique.
A.R. Luxury Boutique may compare returned merchandise against its original records, including:

• Microchip or RFID information where applicable
• Hardware
• Stitching
• Measurements
• Interior details
• Condition records

A return may be denied if A.R. Luxury Boutique reasonably determines that the merchandise:
• Is not the merchandise originally purchased
• Has been substituted with another item
• Is counterfeit or reasonably suspected to be counterfeit
• Has been materially altered
• Has been repaired or modified after delivery
• Has been intentionally damaged
• Has been tampered with
• Has had serial information or identifying information removed or changed
• Has had a security tag removed or altered
• Is missing accessories or components included with the original shipment
• Otherwise materially differs from the merchandise originally shipped
A customer whose return is rejected because of merchandise substitution, counterfeit substitution, tampering, or fraudulent conduct will not be entitled to an exchange or store credit based on that return.
A.R. Luxury Boutique may suspend processing of a suspicious return while the matter is reviewed.
Where permitted by law, A.R. Luxury Boutique may preserve records and evidence relating to suspected fraudulent activity and may provide relevant information to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, authentication providers, e-commerce platforms, law enforcement authorities, trademark owners, or other appropriate parties.
Suspected fraudulent activity may result in restriction or termination of future purchasing privileges.
SECTION 15: PRE-OWNED, VINTAGE AND PREVIOUSLY HANDLED MERCHANDISE
Certain merchandise offered by A.R. Luxury Boutique may be pre-owned, vintage, collectible, discontinued, previously handled, or otherwise not newly manufactured.
Customers acknowledge that pre-owned and vintage merchandise may contain characteristics consistent with age, storage, handling, or previous ownership.

• Minor surface marks

A.R. Luxury Boutique will make reasonable efforts to disclose material condition information known to the business.
Customers should closely examine all provided product photographs and condition descriptions.
A disclosed condition characteristic or a condition reasonably visible in the product photographs is not, by itself, grounds for a monetary refund.
Approved returns remain subject to the inspection, exchange, and store-credit provisions contained in these Terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, A.R. Luxury Boutique does not represent that an original manufacturer's warranty accompanies pre-owned merchandise or that any original manufacturer's warranty is transferable.
SECTION 16: INDEPENDENT LUXURY RESELLER AND BRAND DISCLAIMER
A.R. Luxury Boutique is an independently owned and operated luxury retail and resale business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
A.R. LUXURY BOUTIQUE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, SPONSORED BY, ENDORSED BY, EMPLOYED BY, OR AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER OF THIRD-PARTY LUXURY DESIGNER BRANDS WHOSE MERCHANDISE MAY APPEAR ON THIS WEBSITE.
Designer brand names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
References to designer names and trademarks are used for identification and descriptive purposes in connection with merchandise offered for sale.
