10. SHIPPING NOTICE
A.R. Luxury Boutique's complete shipping requirements are stated in the A.R. Luxury Boutique Shipping Policy.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing.
Our usual processing timeframe is approximately 10 business days, although many orders may process sooner.
Depending upon sourcing, preparation, inspection, authentication, order volume, security review, and other circumstances, customers should allow up to 18 to 21 business days from the date of purchase for processing and release for shipment.
Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders.
Carrier transit time is separate from A.R. Luxury Boutique's processing timeframe.
A.R. Luxury Boutique does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.
If A.R. Luxury Boutique cannot ship within a promised or legally permitted period, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A.R. LUXURY BOUTIQUE DOES NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
A.R. Luxury Boutique currently ships only to eligible addresses located within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.
Orders involving international destinations, freight-forwarding services, international reshipping companies, export-forwarding addresses, or other addresses reasonably believed to be used to circumvent this policy may be declined or cancelled.
12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
The complete Return, Exchange, and Store Credit requirements are stated in the A.R. Luxury Boutique Terms of Service and applicable store policies.
Except where required by applicable law:
NO CUSTOMER-REQUESTED MONETARY REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ON COMPLETED MERCHANDISE SALES.
Authorized returns are subject to inspection.
Merchandise must pass inspection before a return is accepted.
Approved returns qualify for an:
EXCHANGE ONLY.
If an appropriate exchange is unavailable or does not sufficiently resolve the matter, the owner of A.R. Luxury Boutique may consider store credit at her discretion.
Any store credit issued is subject to the applicable A.R. Luxury Boutique Store Credit Policy and expires 30 business days after the original purchase date, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. COUNTERFEIT SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN FRAUD
A.R. Luxury Boutique maintains a strict policy against return fraud.
Customers may not purchase authentic merchandise from A.R. Luxury Boutique and attempt to return:

Where A.R. Luxury Boutique reasonably determines that merchandise substitution, counterfeit substitution, tampering, or return fraud has occurred, the return may be rejected.
The customer will not be entitled to an exchange or discretionary store credit based upon a fraudulent return.

Luxury Boutique reserves the right to preserve relevant documentation and, when appropriate and legally permitted, provide evidence of suspected fraudulent conduct to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, authentication providers, e-commerce platforms, trademark owners, or appropriate law enforcement authorities.
